•Hotel Voucher(s) and Accommodation Package(s) are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Bookings must be made directly with the Novotel Surfers Paradise reservations team on +61 (7) 5579 3499 and advising of the use of gift voucher. Please note that ‘blackout’ dates may apply and this voucher remains subject to availability. Some events and peak periods may be excluded.
•The full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
•The gift voucher(s) are not refundable.
•The gift voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
•Novotel Surfers Paradise reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
